Job Description

The ID Fit-Out Engineer is responsible for managing the technical aspects of interior design fit-out projects. This includes ensuring the interior design is implemented correctly, meeting quality standards, and completing the work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with designers and contractors to understand and implement interior design plans. Ensure that fit-out works meet design specifications, safety standards, and building regulations. Monitor project progress, quality, and costs, and ensure the work is completed on schedule. Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and progress updates. Ensure all materials and finishes are suitable and align with the design.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or related field.

Experience:

3-5 years in interior fit-out or construction projects.

Skills:

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. Understanding of construction materials, building codes, and interior design concepts. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
