Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Experience:

10 to 12 years of experience in Interior Design drafting

We are seeking an experienced ID Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Interior Design drafting with expertise in CAD and Revit. A thorough understanding of joinery and large-scale project execution is a plus. The role requires a keen eye for detail and excellent documentation skills to support project development and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed Interior Design (ID) drawings for various projects.

Utilize CAD and Revit software for accurate and high-quality drafting.

Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements.

Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to develop and refine design plans.

Prepare technical drawings and layouts for joinery, furniture, and fit-out elements.

Maintain and manage project documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Work on large-scale projects, ensuring designs meet client and regulatory specifications.

Provide support in material selection, specifications, and detailing.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in CAD and Revit with a strong understanding of technical drawings.

Knowledge of joinery detailing and execution (preferred).

Experience handling large-scale projects and ensuring smooth coordination.

Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.

Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.

Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
