Job Responsiblities:

Create detailed CAD drawings and plans for interior design projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, materials lists, and design guidelines.
Work closely with interior designers, architects, and other team members to ensure design concepts are accurately translated into CAD drawings.
Make revisions to drawings based on feedback from design reviews, client requests, or project changes.
Ensure that all drawings are accurate, meet design standards, and adhere to building codes and regulations.
Assist in coordinating project details, including sourcing materials, managing timelines, and communicating with vendors and contractors.

Key Qualifications:

A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and a strong portfolio of drafting work.
Proficiency in creating and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.
Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Ability to provide creative solutions and address design challenges.
Experience with other design software such as SketchUp or Adobe Creative Suite can be beneficial.
