IT Technician and IT expert who is responsible for installing and maintaining computer systems and networks in order to achieve the highest functionality and optimize the role of technology.
• Should know how to install of PC hardware
• Install, configure and manage software to specification
• Ensure security for networks and computer systems
• Development and get new software and hardware for education
• Identify troubleshoot and resolve problems
• Help with repairing and fixes
• Maintain hardware and software inventory
• Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders when necessary
