As an ICT Technician at AZTECH , you will be responsible for providing technical support and demonstrations for a variety of products, including printers, scanners, and interactive flat panel (IFP) installations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients understand the technical specifications and capabilities of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product demonstrations for clients, showcasing the features and technical specifications of printers, scanners, and IFP panels.
Install and configure printers, scanners, and IFP panels at client sites.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Maintain and update technical documentation and user guides.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and address any technical inquiries.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product developments.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of printers, scanners, and IFP panels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Valid driving license is mandatory.
Willingness to travel to client sites for installations and demonstrations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
