Role Description:

As an ICT and Physical Security Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with clients to design customized solutions. You will be the bridge between our clients and the technical teams, ensuring that our solutions align with the specific needs and requirements of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Consultation:
• Engage with clients to understand their ICT and Physical Security requirements.
• Provide expert advice and consultation on the implementation of comprehensive security solutions.
• Pre-Sales Support:
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and propose suitable ICT and Physical Security solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
• Solution Design:
• Design customized ICT and Physical Security solutions based on client specifications.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions align with technical feasibility and standards.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in ICT and Physical Security technologies.
• Conduct training sessions for sales and technical teams to enhance product knowledge.
• Proposal Development:
• Assist in the preparation of detailed proposals, including technical specifications, scope of work, and pricing.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sales process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing ICT systems and physical security solutions, including hands-on experience in integrating system components and troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Strong knowledge of ICT networking principles, network security protocols, and physical security systems, including intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, and fire detection systems
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including experience in preparing technical proposals and managing project budgets and timelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences and working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining attention to detail and high quality standards
• Airport experience is a plus
• Knowledgeable in auto CAD design drawings is advantage
• Industry certifications such as SIRA, CISSP, CCNP, MCSE, PMP, or ITIL are a plus
