Job Scope:

Identifying & leading the implementation of Portfolio and channel Strategy to build/grow IC business in Morocco. Responsible for leading and implementing all marketing activities to create demand and build penetration for our key brands. Build a sustainable business model for the division and ensure frequent review with the relevant stakeholder to take the corrective actions when needed from top to bottom line. Deliver the category strategy and execution plan for driving growth and profitability for the category.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will work with a cross functional team of Customer Development, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Media amongst others. Create and execute category/brand strategy along with key priorities and jobs to be done Define the Annual Operating Plan (IOP) and deliver the same via monthly and quarterly plans Develop the innovation / renovation plan for the business Drive and deliver excellent implementation of ATL, BTL, and digital plans Create and deploy the customer and channel strategy Own A&P and drive the right choices to maximize return on investment Has the ability to judges the creative submissions from the agencies and evaluates effectiveness o timely roll out of innovation mixes, responsible for launch planning, implementation, and evaluation of the innovation mix Responsible of brand management in terms of intervening when issues occur on stocks, sales etc. in work with customer development and customer marketing team to address issues, set action plans and follow up on implementation Key Competencies & Skills
