• Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections using various instruments and metering devices.
• Identify deviations or deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and approve construction-related documents, including method statements, material submittals, and drawings.
• Prepare and report detailed inspection reports, documenting observations, findings, and non-conformities.
• Review contractor's daily reports and progress claims and report on project activities.

Qualification
-----------------

• Have more than 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Have professional certification or licensure as an inspector.
• Have proven experience in PMC or construction projects and knowledge of engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.
• Be familiar with codes, regulations, and industry standards and proficient in using relevant software applications for documentation and reporting.
• Have experience performing system walk downs for completions.
• GCC/UAE experience is desirable.
