Job Description

Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and specifications.



Conduct regular inspections using various instruments and metering devices.



Identify deviations or deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.



Review and approve construction-related documents, including method statements, material submittals, and drawings.



Prepare and report detailed inspection reports, documenting observations, findings, and non-conformities.



Review contractor's daily reports and progress claims and report on project activities.


Application Requirements:




Have more than 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.



Have professional certification or licensure as an inspector.



Have proven experience in PMC or construction projects and knowledge of engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.



Be familiar with codes, regulations, and industry standards and proficient in using relevant software applications for documentation and reporting.



Have experience performing system walk downs for completions.



GCC/UAE experience is desirable.
