Job description:
• Manage IBS implementation teams/subcontractor.
• Perform IBS site survey and prepare the site survey report.
• Prepare PIP for IBS sites.
• Perform daily site visits to ensure that implementation standards and quality procedures are being followed by implementation technicians.
• Understand the IBS design and lead the implementation team to follow the design.
• Conduct passive-DAS testing and measurements using site-master and PIM Tool.
• Perform periodic reporting on the daily and weekly implementation progress.
• Coordinate with site building management for access and for work plan.
• Familiar with VSWR test, PIM test, on site trouble shooting and subcon management.
• Expert in RTWP Rectification.
• Good Experience in IBS repeater site implementation and troubleshooting
• Sites quality and standards assurance.
• Pre-site survey, Kick Off meeting with Building Management for site startup.
• Telecom material responsibility in delivery and audit.
• Site acceptance with customer and Site troubleshooting.
• Reporting to Customer and company on daily basis for the progress.
• Managing different teams in the site.
• Comply HSE at sites
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 per month
