Position : Project Manager (IBM Maximo Solution)
Experience : Minimum 10 years
Location : Abu Dhabi (Onsite)
Duration : 6 months contract (with potential for extension)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IBM Maximo solutions . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with specific expertise in implementing or managing IBM Maximo projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of a key project in Abu Dhabi, ensuring that all phases--from initiation to completion--are executed on time, within scope, and budget. The role requires onsite presence in Abu Dhabi for the entire project duration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of IBM Maximo projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including technical teams , vendors , and clients , to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project progress , identify risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular status reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.
• Facilitate change management and ensure effective communication among project teams.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to IBM Maximo best practices .

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
• Proven experience with IBM Maximo solution implementation and management.
• Strong understanding of asset management , work management , and supply chain management within the IBM Maximo framework.
• Ability to manage multiple teams , resources, and timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills .
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and work onsite for the entire project duration.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
• Immediate availability to start the project.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per day
