• Design, implement, and manage the IAM environment using IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), IBM Security Directory Server, and IBM Security Directory Integrator.
• Customize and configure IBM Security solutions to meet our organization's unique security and access control needs.
• Integrate IBM Security solutions with diverse systems, applications, and directories to streamline access management.
• Monitor and uphold the performance and availability of the IAM environment, ensuring continuous operation.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to IAM solutions promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with teams across the organization to understand access control and identity management requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Offer technical support and expert guidance on IAM best practices to ensure optimal system performance and security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions, preferably with IBM Security products (ISAM, ISIM, Directory Server, Directory Integrator).
• Strong understanding of identity management principles, access control, and security protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, etc.).
• Experience in configuring and customizing IAM solutions to align with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to IAM systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Security Access Manager V9.0) would be a plus.
