Job Description
Hygiene Officer position requires a qualified candidate with a graduate degree in Food Science/Microbiology or a related field. They should have at least 3 years of experience in catering or high-risk food production. The individual should possess certifications such as HACCP Level 4, Food Safety Level 4, Lead Auditor Certification, and NEBOSH IGC. The salary offered for this role is 4000 DHS per month, along with a 2000 DHS allowance. The Hygiene Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, conducting inspections, developing SOPs, training staff, conducting audits, and maintaining relevant documentation. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this position. Experience 3 - 5 Years
