NEBOSH IGC
Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion)
Mandatory:
Level 3 Award in HACCP
Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety
Additional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantageWork ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years' experience in HSE in any industry, experienced in camp and catering food safety management, with at least 1 year experience in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations / production in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries.Skills and Competencies
Be able to independently implement and maintain Good Hygiene Practices and HACCP in a catering and camp environment
Able to conduct kitchen, dining, laundry, recreation and camp facilities audits and produce reports independently
Able to audit and assess food raw material suppliers
Able to conduct in-house hygiene related training to food handlers
Able to maintain HACCP related records and documents
Ability to conduct HSE orientation / induction/HSE awareness sessions to workers
Ability to understand and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site-specific HSE procedures / work instructions.
Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
Awareness of practical H2S control measures.
Ability to conduct HSE inspections
Ability to understand and implement incident reporting and investigation procedures
Ability to speak read and write English with good communication skills
