Acid Pickling Passivation Engineer
Job Description
1) Estimate the job, identify the qty & type of chemicals required for the job depending on the extent of cleaning required for the varoius piping materisl: CS/SS/Copper/Cu Nickel
2) select the suitable pump and right chemical composition,tools and equipments required.
3) Understand MSDS of chemicals used and prepare method statement/ risk assessment.
4) Know the procedure to carryout pickling and passivation, purging and drying.
5) Ensure the proper looping is done, Job is carried out strictly adhereing to the HSE Requirments.
6) Understand the disposal of chemical waste as per the local authorities requirment in the country.
7) Guide the immediate subordinates on proper execution of the job and emphasis on the team work.
8) Endorse disciplinary actions needed to correct the worker's ethical value to the Management.
9) Actively participate in achieving company vision by supporting it mission.
10) Support the company policies and regulations.
11) Prepare all the required precise report for internal and external client on time.
12) Thorough safety awareness within our organisation and the clients organisation.
