Job Title: HVAC/R Spare Parts Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

The HVAC/R Spare Parts Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling HVAC spare parts to customers. The incumbent will leverage their knowledge of HVAC systems and components to provide customers with accurate information, technical support, and product recommendations. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to identify their needs, provide solutions, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with HVAC/R customers to identify sales opportunities
• Promote and sell HVAC/R spare parts and components to customers, including contractors, wholesalers, and end-users
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Manage and update customer records, including sales activities, opportunities, and contact information
• Attend trade shows and industry events to stay current on HVAC products and market trends
• Provide accurate forecasting of sales and develop sales strategies to achieve targets
• Identify and report on customer feedback, including complaints, requests, and trends
• Develop and maintain knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC/R or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HVAC spare parts sales, preferably in the Middle East region
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Fluent in English, Arabic language skills is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license
