KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Executing Installation, re-fixing, PM Service and / or repair on customer product in-house or in Company's service center / Depot. Should be experienced in modifications / retrofits of equipment to existing systems. At times need basis to provide in-depth troubleshooting via phone with customers in the field. Carry out emergency corrective maintenance in the field, should be well versed with handling various products, Probing & work related Equipment's, in-depth knowledge in troubleshooting in HVAC, Split & RAC, Tools and peripheral equipments. Service Targets both in service work related through RTAT - achieve goal of RTAT of 90% of calls in 48 hours, Re job / callbacks less than 3% Financial objectives to be achieved by ensuring timely execution, updating TAB same time / Real time, issuing quotes, Cash receipt, delivery note, etc (Invoicing / Billing and collection; monitor expenditures, Provide technical support to all Customers, distributors, dealers & hypermarkets. Report Quality issues to Immediate Supervisor and follow through on corrective actions Accurately and in a timely manner complete all paperwork / on TAB calls / orders (job card fillings, signatures) associated with trips and in house repairs. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and trainings. Request & enroll for Training in-house and on-site training for both Theory, on hands & communication skills improvement. Develop Product solutions by studying information needs; conferring with customers; studying technical catalogues, data services, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the product development circulars, etc. Maintain vehicle by following policies and procedures, completing proper documentation and completing by complying to service schedules. Providing information by collecting data, take pictures & record in TAB for further analyzing and summarizing development and service issues. Load and unload vehicles with equipment from customer location to service depot, safe keeping company property & customer property, safely drive to and from service depot / service office to customer location & on field calls within the Country.
