Job Description

* Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing of air-conditioning equipment. They can even do heating or refrigeration work, as they are trained to work on both heating and cooling units, including motors, switches, pumps, wiring, thermostats and fans. * Dismantling, assembling, installing, testing and maintaining air-condition machines, split type, window type and evaporative cooling machines; * Diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem; * Inspecting all AC equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with codes; * Keeping record of all AC equipment problems and troubleshooting made; * Maintaining scheduled routine inspections to identify malfunction and report them to the management; * Using the company equipment with the best care and precautions * Perform maintenance activities such as cleaning AC grills and filters on installed air conditioning systems * Respond to calls needed repair and maintenance on their air conditioners. * Controls and ventilate equipment, make sure they operate efficiently and continuously. * Monitor & Test installed air conditioners to ensure that they are in proper working condition * Manage electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions * Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions * Ensure adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls. * Present a list of material and supplies needed for installation purposes Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
