Position Title : HVAC/ MEP Technician
Department : Maintenance
Reports To : Operations Manager
Location : Dubai
Employment Type : Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Installation :
• Install HVAC systems and components.
• Perform wiring and electrical connections.
• Ensure proper equipment placement.
• Maintenance :
• Conduct routine system maintenance.
• Replace or clean filters, ducts, and vents.
• Inspect and test system performance.
• Repair :
• Diagnose and repair HVAC issues.
• Replace defective components.
• Use tools for troubleshooting.
• Customer Service :
• Communicate with clients to understand needs.
• Provide cost estimates.
• Educate on maintenance practices.
• Compliance :
• Follow safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Documentation :
• Keep records of service calls and activities.
• Complete and submit work orders and logs.
• Professional Development :
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Participate in training and certifications

Company Visa, Transport & Accommodation will be provided by the company

Education : High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship
ITI preferred.

Ideal Candidates will be:

Age: 19 - 35

Hard working

Nationality: Asian

Driving License is an added advantage but not mandatory
