To maintain and repair all major air-handling units for correct function and performance, cleanliness of filters, drive belt tension and lubrication of bearings.
To maintain and repair all heat pumping installation and ancillary equipment.
To carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on all HVAC equipment in accordance with the schedule.
