Hvac Technician
Job Description
• Installation of AHU, FCU, Piping & Ducting,
• Ensuring minor carpentry repairs and ironmongery or lock repairs;
• Ensuring regular cleaning of drainage systems;
• Managing water temperature sampling;
• Preparation of daily work schedules;
• Fault Finding and Rectification of all Types of AC and DC charging Motors;
• Ensuring regular cleaning of guttering systems;
• Managing specialist contractor and service providers;
• Maintenance Services Of Window, Split A/C & all Types of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning etc;
• Assisting other trades where required e.g. electrician, carpentry, , plumbing, painting and decorating;
• Sharing emergency call-out duties with other team members;
• Maintaining a safe working environment within the site;
• Recycled and charged refrigerants;
• Experience in general maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, hvac, brickwork, groundwork (paving) and tiling;
• Managing maintenance of paved areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
