Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The HVAC Technician will ensure that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely, providing comfort and air quality to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Setup: Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical connections, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, and refrigeration units.
• Diagnostics: Diagnose HVAC system issues, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, using specialized tools and equipment.
• System Testing: Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and ensure optimal performance by adjusting system controls and settings as necessary.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to explain system issues, provide repair and maintenance recommendations, and offer cost-effective solutions.
• Compliance and Safety: Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including proper handling and disposal of refrigerants and hazardous materials.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergency service calls and provide prompt and efficient solutions to HVAC-related issues.
