We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HVAC Engineer and Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in various HVAC systems, including water chillers, air chillers, and DX systems. Familiarity with leading brands such as Mitsubishi, Daikin, Rheem, LG, General, and Carrier is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in handling tasks related to thermostat installation, wiring modifications from FCU (Fan Coil Unit) to thermostat, and power conversion from 12/24V to 220V. Experience in the UAE HVAC market is highly desirable. Responsibilities:
- System Installation and Maintenance:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including water chillers, air chillers, and DX systems.
- Ensure proper functioning, efficiency, and safety of HVAC equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Brand Expertise:
- Demonstrate familiarity with leading HVAC brands, including Mitsubishi, Daikin, Rheem, LG, General, Carrier and other popular brands in UAE
- Troubleshoot brand-specific issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Thermostat Installation and Wiring:
- Install and configure thermostats for optimal temperature control.
- Modify wiring from FCUs to thermostats as needed.
- Ensure accurate temperature readings and efficient system operation.
- Electrical Modifications:
- Convert power supply from 12/24V to 220V as required.
- Safely handle electrical connections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about trends, regulations, and advancements in the UAE HVAC market.
- Adapt to local requirements and best practices.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Provide detailed reports to supervisors and clients.
- Customer Service:
- Interact professionally with clients, addressing their concerns and providing excellent service.
- Offer guidance on system usage and energy-saving practices.
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (for HVAC Engineer).
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in HVAC systems and electrical work.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Additional experience as an HVAC Engineer is a plus.
- Familiarity with UAE HVAC market dynamics.
- Skills:
- Strong technical skills in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficiency in handling electrical components.
