We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with expertise in chiller and FAHU (Fan Coil Air Handling Unit) systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with chiller and FAHU units and possess the knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize their performance. Responsibilities:- Install, inspect, and maintain chiller systems.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair chiller system components as needed.
- Install, service, and repair Fan Coil Air Handling Units.
- Perform regular inspections to identify and address issues with FAHU systems.
- Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of FAHU units.
- Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to prolong the life of HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
- Utilize technical manuals and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a focus on chiller and FAHU systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC components, including compressors, motors, and thermostats.
- Familiarity with refrigeration principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various environments.
