We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician with 2-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, refrigeration units, and ventilation systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments. Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely. Perform system upgrades and recommend improvements to enhance performance and energy efficiency. Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and repairs. Follow industry standards and adhere to safety protocols while performing all tasks. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about system issues and solutions.

Qualifications:

2-6 years of experience as an HVAC Technician. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
