HVAC SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an HVAC supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high standard of service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and contractors. schedule and assign tasks, ensuring timely completion oof maintenance and repair work. Insect the HVAC systems to ensure the proper installation and functionality. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support as needed. Ensure the compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. order and manage inventory of parts and equipment. Train and mentor HVAC technicians, promoting skill development and best practices. Communicate with clints and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Check and order the duct quantity according to the drawings. Take the measurements of ducts according to the drawings.
QUALIFICATION

High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification in HVAC systems preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE. Strong knowledge in HVAC systems components and industry. Excellent problem solving and decision making skill. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and outdoor condition.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

* hvac: 2 years (Preferred)
