We are seeking an experienced

AC Foreman (HVAC)

with a minimum of

2 years of UAE experience

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HVAC installations, managing labor teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for HVAC materials

and ensure accurate estimation of resources.

Supervise and manage labor teams

, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Conduct

demarcation of HVAC systems

to ensure proper layout and installation. Interpret and work with

sketches and technical drawings

for ducting, piping, and other HVAC components. Take

accurate measurements

of ducts and other HVAC materials. Oversee

installation, maintenance, and repair

of HVAC systems as per industry standards. Ensure compliance with

safety regulations and project specifications

. Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor

material usage and stock levels

, ensuring availability of required resources.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of UAE experience

in HVAC projects. Strong knowledge of

HVAC systems, BOQ preparation, duct sketching, and measurements

. Experience in

labor management and supervision

. Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings and project plans

. Good communication and leadership skills. Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
