Hvac Supervisor
Job Description
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Must have UAE Driver's License
• Must fluent in English
• Responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• This role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team.
• Responsibilities to supervise and coordinate HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
• Plan and schedule HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to assess HVAC system performance and identify issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, including equipment servicing and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance departments to optimize system efficiency.
• Train and mentor HVAC technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification or relevant trade qualifications .
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Previous experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Leadership and management skills.
