Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HVAC Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience within a facilities management company and healthcare industry in the UAE and with in-depth knowledge in all areas of HVAC. Holder of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to prescribed checklist and schedule.
• Assign technicians to breakdown / complaint promptly as and when it is made known to him.
• Feedback status of major works to HVAC Shift Engineer / Manager.
• Responsible for HVAC maintenance work for all plant equipment.
• Attend to maintenance complaints, investigations and rectification works.
• Ensure safekeeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as an engineer within a facilities management company and healthcare industry in the UAE.
• Experience in HVAC building services equipment and associated systems and controls.
• In-depth knowledge in all areas of HVAC.
• Must hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills.
