Job details :

• Evaluating the documents, design of drawings & specifications received and floating inquiries to the suppliers/manufacturers
• Overall design of HVAC system as per the specifications.
• Monitor the material/machine deliveries in order to prevent delay in deliveries
• Providing technical support to site engineers.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and other design tools to design duct and load calculations
• Strong knowledge in MS-Office
• Should possess good communication skills and negotiation skills

Site Supervision: Supervise the installation of HVAC systems (e.g., air conditioners, chillers, ventilation, and heating systems) on-site, ensuring that the installation meets project specifications.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the HVAC installation meets the required quality standards and manufacturer specifications. Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Coordination with Contractors and Teams: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders (e.g., electrical, plumbing teams) to ensure coordinated efforts for HVAC installations.

Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring that the HVAC system is tested, calibrated, and operating efficiently according to the design specifications.

2. Project Management and Site Coordination:

Scheduling: Develop and manage the project timeline for HVAC installations and maintenance activities to ensure timely project completion.

Resource Management: Ensure that the necessary tools, materials, and equipment are available and properly used on-site.

Safety and Compliance: Implement safety procedures and ensure that all HVAC installation work complies with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company safety standards.

Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs to ensure that the HVAC project stays within the budget.

3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Maintenance Support: Provide on-site troubleshooting and maintenance services for HVAC systems, including diagnosing and repairing system failures.

System Optimization: Ensure HVAC systems are optimized for energy efficiency and peak performance.

Preventive Maintenance: Plan and conduct preventive maintenance activities on HVAC equipment and systems, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerants, and inspecting ductwork.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on the status of HVAC installations and repairs to senior management and project stakeholders.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work completed, system specifications, maintenance schedules, and safety checks.

Compliance Reports: Prepare and submit inspection and compliance reports, including regulatory checks, equipment certifications, and performance testing reports.

5. Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all HVAC installations and maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety standards.

Environmental Impact: Ensure that HVAC systems are installed and maintained in an environmentally responsible manner, adhering to sustainability guidelines and minimizing energy consumption.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation procedures.

Project Management: Ability to manage HVAC projects, timelines, and resources effectively.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC system issues.

Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.

Experience:
