HVAC SALES MANAGER (Projects & Service)
This position primarily involves supporting our existing customers and acquiring new commercial, industrial, and institutional projects and accounts. The role requires developing relationships with owners, facility managers, and management companies.
As a consultative sales position, the Project Sales Manager will focus on selling installation projects for mechanical systems to technical teams and decision influencers.
Responsibilities:
• Developing sales leads, qualifying prospects, and conducting sales calls.
• Performing site surveys, estimating project costs, and proposing consultative sales solutions tailored to meet customer needs.
• Negotiating, estimating, bidding, proposing, and closing contracts at profitable margins.
• Ensuring projects have permit drawings and are engineered to meet current codes, leveraging in-house engineering support as necessary.
• Facilitating comprehensive and seamless turnovers with project management post-sales to ensure successful job completion aligned with scope definition, projected gross margins, and customer expectations.
Required Qualifications:
• Degree in mechanical engineering or a similar technical discipline with proficiency in written and verbal English.
• 10 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or controls within the industry, including installation, project management, or designing HVAC systems.
• Valid UAE Driver's license.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
• Demonstrated success in estimating, selling, and marketing HVAC mechanical solution projects, and providing conceptual solutions to end-users at medium and large-sized companies in a competitive market.
