HVAC Sales Engineer

Provide technical support and consultation on chiller systems. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with engineering teams for project execution. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, and proven sales record.
Meeting the existing key customers regularly for ensuring routine business and adding new in the market.

Actively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and regular market visit.

Prepare genuine weekly reports and submitting to the management.

Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's services to customers. Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries. Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs. Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery. Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers. Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.

Qualification:

Experience for more than 3-5 years in technical sales / Engineering & Construction.

Ability to handle high call volume of customer inquiries.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Self motivated, independent, aggressive and results oriented. Familiarity with HVAC Duct and ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills. Excellent communication, team work and time-management skills Strong problem solving, relationship building and persuasion skills highly preferred.
