We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HVAC Project Engineer to oversee and manage HVAC projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site teams, taking precise on-site measurements, creating technical reports, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HVAC Project Engineer to oversee and manage HVAC projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site teams, taking precise on-site measurements, creating technical reports, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Perform accurate on-site measurements to aid in project planning and execution.
- Develop detailed technical reports documenting the project process, changes, and final outcomes.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Liaise with project stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback to continuously improve project outcomes.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to legal regulations, environmental policies, and industry standards.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC project management, including hands-on experience with site management and technical reporting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
