Job Description

We , Paramount International Contracting LLC is looking for a

HVAC Mechanical / Plumbing Engineer

, at least 10 years of work experience in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

Design HVAC and plumbing systems using industry software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) Select appropriate HVAC and plumbing equipment based on project requirements. Perform heat load, ventilation, and cooling calculations. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and electrical engineers on system integration. Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Conduct site visits to inspect installations and resolve any field issues. Perform energy modeling and life-cycle cost analysis to optimize system efficiency. Ensure sustainability goals are met (LEED certification, energy efficiency targets, etc.). Prepare technical reports and documentation for permits and approvals. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 10+ years in HVAC and plumbing system design. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
