Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HVAC Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance for a diverse range of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven leadership abilities to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise HVAC design and installation projects , ensuring smooth execution, optimal performance, and adherence to project specifications.
• Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols to maintain quality and reliability.
• Effectively coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions efficiently.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet deadlines effectively and within financial constraints.
• Proficient in heat load calculations, ventilation calculation, smoke system calculation pump head determination, and static pressure calculations to support accurate system design.
• Expertise in designing and developing HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects in alignment with ASHRAE standards and local codes.
• Skilled in selecting HVAC equipment, including DX systems, VRF systems, chillers, etc.. , tailored to project-specific requirements.

Support project design and estimation activities.

• Capable of understand technical specifications, and datasheets for HVAC equipment based on project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in HVAC project management and design.
• Proficiency in HVAC design tools and software, such as AutoCAD, HAP, McQuay Duct Sizer, McQuay Pipe Sizer & Plan swift.
• In-depth knowledge of ASHRAE standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• UAE experience with knowledge of local standards and market requirements.
• Immediate availability for joining.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
