Job Description

Supervise and oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of HVAC systems, with a focus on VRV/VRF technology and AC refrigeration systems. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. Prepare detailed maintenance reports, including work performed, recommendations, and parts used. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance. Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance visits and address any concerns or queries. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment. Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide effective solutions. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet client expectations.
Requirements

1-2 years of proven experience in HVAC maintenance, specifically with VRV/VRF systems and AC refrigeration. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair. Valid driving license is mandatory. Ability to prepare clear and concise maintenance reports. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for report preparation and record-keeping. Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
