The Role: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our facilities management team and maintain optimal performance of HVAC systems across our diverse real estate portfolio. You will design, install, troubleshoot, and upgrade HVAC systems to ensure comfort and efficiency within buildings. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HVAC solutions for new construction and renovation projects within our real estate portfolio.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of HVAC equipment, identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems, including chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and associated controls.
- Prepare and analyze heat load calculations, equipment specifications, and engineering drawings.
- Collaborate with facility managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of HVAC projects.
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Working knowledge of HVAC software selection tools (e.g., HAP)?
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- HVAC design, installation, and maintenance: 4 years (Required)
- DVM/VRF systems; chiller: 3 years (Required)
- English (Required)
