About Us:

Reef Luxury Developments is pioneering sustainable outdoor cooling in Dubai's luxury real estate market. We are looking for an HVAC & Energy Modeling Consultant specializing in IES VE to support the development and optimization of climate-controlled outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct building energy simulations using IES VE to optimize HVAC efficiency and thermal comfort. Analyze cooling loads, airflow, and solar heat gain for luxury residential developments. Collaborate with CFD engineers, architects, and sustainability teams to refine outdoor cooling strategies. Ensure compliance with Dubai Green Building Regulations, Estidama, and ASHRAE standards. Develop solutions for low-energy cooling, passive ventilation, and urban heat mitigation. Present simulation results and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Building Physics, or Energy Engineering. Proficiency in IES VE for energy modeling and HVAC analysis. Experience with ASHRAE, Estidama, and Dubai's building codes. Understanding of outdoor cooling technologies and thermal comfort modeling. Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize energy performance.
