Responsibilities

Developing sustainable building services designs on numerous major projects
Thorough knowledge of ventilation and air conditioning
Preparation of mechanical engineering calculations
Evaluating design drawings and calculations for HVAC, plumbing components, piping and mechanical systems
Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions
Create and submit detailed bids
Serve as project leader to coordinate efforts of managers, engineers, drafters, and manufacturing personnel during all project phases
Monitoring site execution to make sure the executed works in line with the design

Min Requirements;

Bachelor\'s degree (Must)
Min 3 Years UAE Experience (Must)
Experience in designing fine dining restaurants, luxury residential and commercial projects
