Job Description

? Selecting HVAC products (DX Split Units Unit and VRF system) and preparing quotation as per client requirements and budgets.
? Provide technical support, specialist product information to customers.
? Prepare Submittals/Compliance or relevant documents for material approvals.
? Listen, understand and conveys customer requirements.
? Assist in the design of the project necessary to make the most efficient way to achieve the goal of the Client.
? Develops and maintains viable long-term relationships with customer base through meetings, check-up calls, or follow-up emails.
? Support field Sales Engineer on technical clarifications with customers, potentially requiring direct engagement with customers.
? Identify and guide field Sales Engineer toward solutions necessary to meet customer requirements

Qualification

Educational Background

: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is usually essential.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in HVAC design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. Familiarity with HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, and ductwork design, is crucial. FILIPI*NO only (female)
