The company

My client, a large diversified industrial group, is currently looking for an experienced GM to lead their Oil & Gas (O&G) Process Equipment division. This established business is a well-known name in the industry and a leading organisation servicing the oil and gas sector in the region. Supported by the large parent company, the Process Equipment division is able to benefit from established relationships with main petrochemicals companies in the region. 

Responsibilities 

Develop the short, medium and long term business strategy and operational model to ensure the vision and mission for the organisation are delivered successfully
Lead the Process Equipment business in accordance with the group’s overall business strategy, vision and values, with an emphasis on HSE and Quality Assurance
Monitor all budgets and forecasts for the business, ensuring effective cost control, internal efficiencies and project management best practice are adhered to
Implement ongoing performance improvements, adhere to operations standards and develop a culture of excellence
Ensure the highest levels of compliance to the company’s Code of Business Ethics and Conduct are maintained at all times
Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University / Institution
You must have worked for a minimum of 5 years in a Process Equipment Manufacturing business, servicing the Oil and Gas sector
You must have experience of working in Saudi Arabia, with knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations
