Job Description

The Company

My client, a large diversified industrial group, is currently looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Advisor to join their executive team and advise the board and senior executives on all contracts and commercial affairs. This established business is a well-known name in the industry, and is a leading organisation servicing the oil and gas sector in the region.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance to the CEO and board of directors on all contracts and commercial matters
Ensure all the contractual risks or issues the company could potentially face are identified in a timely manner and provide guidance on how to mitigate the potential issues that may arise
Provide contract management support for bids, client contracts and subcontracts.
Maintain the company’s best interests at all times, especially when drafting contracts that involve external/third party entities
Review and sign off on all submitted bids
Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, Law or Commerce
15+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator, Quantity Surveyor or Project Engineer within the Industrial and/or Construction industry, or related field, is essential
Professional membership of RICS, CIArb, CIPS is also required
