Job Description

Job Key Details:
Manage all the activities as well as working operations of oil the refinery plant
Provide guideline to employee so that the output can be increased
Offer training to workers on different tasks of oil refinery as and when necessary
Handle all issues of the project
Oversee the implementation process of the project
Manage safety programs to ensure safe working conditions for all associates and compliance with all the requirements
Any other related duty as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should hold a Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3+ years of related experience required
Should be able to prepare reports and use customized software
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
Should be able to interact and coordinate positively within other sections
Ability to effectively motivate a team and provide good training services
