Job Summary:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

HR Coordinator

to support the human resources functions within the

real estate industry

. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration to ensure smooth HR operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the

recruitment

and onboarding of new employees, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters. Maintain and update

employee records

, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Support HR processes such as

payroll, benefits administration, and performance management

. Coordinate and track

employee training and development programs

. Assist in handling

employee relations

, resolving conflicts, and addressing grievances in collaboration with the HR manager. Ensure compliance with

HR policies, labor laws, and industry regulations

. Organize company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives. Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining HR documentation. Collaborate with different departments to facilitate smooth HR operations within real estate sales, property management, and project development teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in

HR coordination, preferably in the real estate, construction, or property management industry

. Strong knowledge of

HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams. Proficiency in

HR software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and payroll systems

. Ability to

handle confidential information with discretion

. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in

recruiting for sales and real estate professionals

. Knowledge of

real estate industry employment trends and HR challenges

. Understanding of

compensation structures for commission-based roles

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
