We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with top brands in the UAE, such as ALDO, NINEWEST, H&M, ZARA, and MANGO. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices and the ability to manage all aspects of human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition :
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of open communication.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Conduct regular employee engagement activities and surveys.
Performance Management :
• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Training and Development :
• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Compensation and Benefits :
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and make recommendations for adjustments
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
HR Policies and Compliance :
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR roles with top retail brands such as ALDO, NINEWEST, H&M, ZARA, and MANGO.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• CIPD or SHRM certification.
• Experience in retail HR management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
