Providing support to the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development and compensation and benefits.
Employee onboarding & offboarding.
Creating and maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring employee information is up to date in the internal system.
Application and renewal of work visas.
Maintaining employee leave and training records.
Administering medical and other insurance as per Company policy.
Preparing monthly HR reports for management.
Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll.
Working with various internal stakeholders to handle payroll related inquiries and resolving any issues or errors in a timely manner.
Maintaining all statutory compliance with respect to payroll.
Other related works such as preparing work certificates etc.
Managing a team of 11-50 people.
Ideal ProfileSkills Required:
You have at least 3 years of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
You ideally possess solid experience in Payroll.
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or other similar systems.
Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Rest of Asia.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
