Job Description

Job Purpose: The Employee Relations Officer is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting effective communication between employees and management. The role involves handling grievances, resolving workplace conflicts, and advising on policies to support a fair and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and ensuring prompt resolution. Investigate and resolve employee grievances, disputes, and workplace conflicts in a fair and objective manner. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in employee relations. Provide guidance to employees and managers on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations. Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to provide recommendations for workplace improvements. Support HR policies and procedures by advising employees and management on their application and interpretation. Coordinate and conduct awareness sessions on workplace ethics, employee rights, and company policies. Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels and suggest initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and generate reports for management. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage risk and ensure regulatory adherence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
