Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique HR needs within the transportation and hospitality sectors, specifically in the UAE market. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about developing and supporting a diverse workforce, driving Customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

As HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management, all while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and local regulations. You will work closely with our drivers, chauffeurs, and administrative teams to foster a positive and high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing:Oversee the recruitment process for all roles within the transportation sector, including drivers, chauffeurs, customer service representatives, and support staff. Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, particularly experienced professionals with knowledge of the UAE transportation and Limousine industry.
• Onboarding & Training:Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including taxi drivers and limousine chauffeurs. Develop orientation programs that focus on company culture, policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations, tailored to the transportation industry in the UAE.
• Performance Management & Development:Implement and oversee performance management systems, ensuring clear expectations and feedback processes for drivers and office staff. Identify training and development needs, offering continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and career growth.
• Compliance & Safety:Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws, transportation regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on local and federal regulations affecting the transportation industry, including licensing, safety standards, and labor rights.
• Compensation & Benefits:Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive within the transportation sector. Administer payroll and incentive programs.
• Employee Retention & Engagement:Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and career progression opportunities. Work closely with management to improve retention rates, particularly for high-turnover roles like drivers and chauffeurs.
• HR Administration:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, performance reviews, and training certifications. Manage HR reporting, ensuring compliance with all legal and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With UAE experience in human resources, must be in the transportation, taxi, or limousine industry in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, safety regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
• Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and managing performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with employees at all levels, especially drivers and operational staff.
• Knowledge of HR software and systems, with proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• UAE National or resident with a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
