The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in employee relations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations, and providing support to employees and managers on employee relations matters. Key Responsibilities: o Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee engagement o Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall goals and objectives o Ensure compliance with local and national regulations regarding employment law, including equal opportunity employment, anti-discrimination, and workplace health and safety o Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions o Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and allegations of harassment or discrimination, and recommend appropriate actions to management o Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives o Manage the HR budget, including tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost-saving measures o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations o Prepare and submit relevant reports to management and government authorities as required o Keep up-to-date with changes in HR regulations and best practices
