The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks to support the organization.Office Location: Churchill TowerThe Human Resources Officer plays a pivotal role in the hospitality and tourism sector, particularly within the vibrant cultural landscape of Dubai. This position is essential for managing the workforce effectively, ensuring that the organization attracts, retains, and develops talent that aligns with its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive workplace culture, and enhancing employee engagement. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, the Human Resources Officer will contribute to the overall success of the organization by supporting various HR functions.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
